HR Executive – Job Description

Company: SLK Bima Brokers Private Limited
Location: Motinagar, New Delhi 
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 / month

Role & Responsibilities

• Proactively call candidates, approach them for open HR roles.

• Schedule and fix interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Provide candidates with feedback post-interview in a timely manner.

• Manage the joining process: paperwork, verification, induction, etc.

• Maintain constant communication with candidates to ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance to actual joining.

• Maintain candidate database / HR tracker.

• Coordinate internally with departments as needed for documentation, orientation, etc.

Requirements

• Prior experience in HR / recruitment / staffing (even if 6-12 months) would be preferred.

• Good communication skills (phone, email).

• Organized and able to follow up persistently.

• Friendly attitude, able to maintain professionalism with candidates.

• Basic knowledge of HR procedures (joining formalities, documentation).

• Preferably local to Motinagar or willing to commute.
