Job Description

As a Finance & Admin Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient financial management and administrative support. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to maintain accuracy, compliance, and seamless office operations. 1. Manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking. 2. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review. 3. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. 4. Handle administrative tasks such as office supplies, vendor coordination, and employee records. 5. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions. 6. Support audits, tax filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements. 7. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
