1. Inspect washed, dry-cleaned, and ironed garments for quality standards.

2. Ensure proper stain removal and fabric care techniques are followed.

3. Supervise folding, packing, and final presentation of garments.

4. Train and guide laundry staff on quality control practices.

5. Identify defects or damages and coordinate corrective measures.

6. Maintain hygiene and safety protocols in laundry operations.

7. Work as a bridge between operations staff and management for continuous improvement.
