Position: Sales Officer

Job Role & Responsibilities

Lead Closure:

• Work on leads provided by the telecalling team

• Meet customers, understand their loan needs, and suggest suitable loan products

• Ensure timely follow-up and convert warm leads into loan files

Documentation & Processing:

• Collect and verify customer KYC and financial documents

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth file processing

Field Sales & Customer Visits:

• Conduct field visits to meet customers and close files

• Build long-term customer relationships for referrals

Target Achievement:

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets

• Maintain daily sales reports and lead status

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Basic knowledge of loan products is mandatory

• Experience in the financial sector is preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with fieldwork across Delhi NCR

• Ability to close leads and work under target-driven environment
